The new OLIVER weight and toning balls offer an interesting alternative to weight cuffs and Dumbbells.
Many yoga, fitness and mobility exercises are accompanied by these small weight units and positively support joint-friendly training of the arms, shoulders and upper body.
The OLIVER toning balls are useful in Pilates programs ;in terms of a varied movement game from a strong core. The additional sensorimotor stimulus created by the balls and the increased effort required increase the training effect.
Tip: The balls can be inflated even more dynamically using a pump with a valve needle. If you want to empty the air again, simply insert the valve needle into the valve without a pump and let the air out.
