Für Menschen, die aus verschiedensten Gründen Probleme mit dem Greifen haben, sind die Bälle eine gute Alternative zu Kurzhanteln. Aber auch allen anderen Teilnehmern unserer Fitnesskurse gefallen die Bälle, da sie so angenehm in der Hand liegen. Die Größe ist dazu ebenfalls optimal. Ich benutze sie gerne im Faszientraining.
