Are the cuffs suitable for both wrists and ankles?
Yes, the long Velcro fastener is continuously adjustable. This allows the cuffs to be tied tightly around slender wrists as well as securely around thicker ankles.
Which weight is optimal for jogging and walking?
For dynamic endurance sports, we recommend light weights (0.5 kg to max. 1.0 kg per side) to avoid overloading joints and tendons. Higher weights (1.5 kg and up) are better suited for slow, controlled strength exercises on the mat.
Can the cuffs be washed?
We recommend gentle hand washing or wiping with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Then let them air dry well. Please do not put them in the washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the Velcro and the seams.

Sie sind zumindest jetzt noch sehr unbiegsam, hoffe dass das mit dem Gebrauch ändert. Meine Handgelenke sind sehr dünn so dass ich sie fast zu wenig anziehen kann leider. Aber ich denke, dass ich sie wohl eher an den Beinen anziehe.
