Weight cuffs are simply part of every basic equipment for fitness training. They are ideal tools to strengthen your strength and endurance. The right choice of weight is the be-all and end-all. The smallest weight unit can be advisable when jogging or fitness boxing, while the larger weights are a better choice for strength training.
Please note: The lighter weight units can be comfortably attached to the wrist or ankle. The heavier weight units are relatively large, therefore: Depending on the respective arm or leg circumference, they are mainly recommended as ankle cuffs.
TIP: Simply use two smaller weight cuffs on your wrist to get more weight.

Sie sind zumindest jetzt noch sehr unbiegsam, hoffe dass das mit dem Gebrauch ändert. Meine Handgelenke sind sehr dünn so dass ich sie fast zu wenig anziehen kann leider. Aber ich denke, dass ich sie wohl eher an den Beinen anziehe.
