Original Pezzi® exercise ball STANDARD - special edition
Pezzi balls are sitting balls for all applications in therapy, sports and gymnastics.
It can also be used as a temporary replacement in the office or at home the office chair at the desk.
The exercise ball is very easy on your back, as you always change your position slightly when sitting on the ball.
However, you should not stay up all day, but only with interruptions for around 30 to 90 minutes spend with him.

Der bestellte Pezzi-Ball war gut verpackt. Ein kleiner Übersichtszettel, was beim Aufpumpen zu beachten ist, war auch dabei. Sehr hilfreich, wenn man derartige Bälle nicht kennt! Schön auch, dass zwei Stöpsel beiliegen, also einer als Reserve, sowie ein Adapter für bestimmte Luftpumpen, falls man ihn benötigt. Der Ball wurde für eine Kollegin bestellt, die nach einer Rücken-OP wieder in den Dienst zurückgekommen ist und ihn für Übungen zwischendurch benötigt. Sie ist sehr zufrieden (und die Kollegen sind schon neidisch. :-) ). Sehr gerne wieder!
