Pezzi balls are sitting balls for all applications in therapy, sports and gymnastics.
It offers a second possible use in the office - as a temporary replacement for r the office chair at the desk - or at home.
The exercise ball is very easy on your back because you can change your position slightly the entire time you are sitting on it.
However, you shouldn't spend the whole day on it, but only about 30 to 90 minutes with interruptions.
Because of its health-promoting properties, especially for the spine, it is recommended by doctors and health insurance companies.

Die original Pezzi-Bälle sind von der Qualität unschlagbar! Selbst nach vielen Jahren Gebrauch im Personaltraining-Alltag machen sie nach wie vor einen stabilen Eindruck. Andere Bälle musste ich bereits nach 2-3 Jahren erneuern.
