Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be based on the type of resistance. Exercise and your own abilities must be adapted, and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. Therefore: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: to give in to the resistance in a timely manner ;and build it again. Be aware of the color and resistance choice of the Rubber-Os.
Our recommendation: definitely have several resistors at the start, then you can do it. Train functionally and intelligently: This means that even the strongest can do it work with the lightest resistance...
