Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your own abilities, and not every muscle is in the body ;body equally strong. Therefore: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: to give in to the resistance in a timely manner ;and build it again. Be aware of the color and resistance choice of the Rubber-Os.
Our recommendation: definitely have several resistors at the start, then you can do it. Train functionally and intelligently: This means that even the strongest can work with the lightest resistance...
