empfohlen und gekauft wegen Facettengelenksschmerzen , keine Schmerzen mehr nach täglichen Übungen . Einfach toll dieser Ball , nur 1 drittel mit Luft befüllen für meine Übungen . Auch zum draufsitzen sehr gutes Gefühl .
