Do you want to use the kettlebell for normal strengthening exercises such as front raises, bicep curls or similar dumbbell exercises? Then you should be able to perform the exercises cleanly at least 5-8 times.
Choose the right weight for your kettlebell training. It's better to have a little too little than too much.
For the kettlebell workout we recommend
- For women 6-8 kilograms
- For men 12-16 kilograms
- In order to learn the technique properly, it is recommended to start with a lighter kettlebell.

Schnelle Lieferung und gute Abwicklung.- Produke (Kettlebell f. meine Übungen gut geeignet (Muskeltaining) Kleine Einschränkung: Gewicht o.k, abr ich hätte mir al Mann jensits der 70 eine andre Farbe gewünscht. Diese war in der Gewichtsklasse aber nicht verfügbar. Funktional ist das Produkt aber sehr gut geeignet
