In targeted exercises in which the Brasils® are "shaked" in small movement amplitudes, a reflex tension of the entire torso can be achieved through the filling of a metal granulate mixture and air. By moving your arms, you can feel the granules moving inside the dumbbell trainer. They are made of Ruton, are particularly high quality and odorless. Thanks to the ergonomic oval shape and low weight, the Togu Brasil are very comfortable to hold. This means they protect your wrists during exercises - ideal for healthy training. The Senso nubs also stimulate your perception and promote blood circulation.
