How it works:
In addition to the exercise-dependent water resistance, the aqua dumbbells offer material-related water buoyancy, against which the dumbbells are dynamically pushed into deeper water or have to be pulled. The static resistance to the buoyancy also requires an expenditure of force. So it's not about weight lifting, as is usually the case with dumbbells, but about relieving pressure on joints and protecting ligaments with static or dynamic aqua fitness exercises against water resistance and water buoyancy.
Rule: The bigger the dumbbell is ( Size S, M, L) the greater the resistance, the buoyancy and therefore your effort.
