Beco Aqua Jogging Belt MAXI

The larger version of the aqua belt. The Beco aqua jogging belt MAXI can hold up to 120 kg.

The swimming belt is the ideal swimming aid for allwater aerobics activities, aqua jogging and can be found in a wide variety of Aqua Gym > Courses its application. This belt gives you a lot of buoyancy, so you can train particularly effectively due to the water resistance. Thanks to its wide design, it offers you additional support and optimal wearing comfort and also ensures more safety. You are also guaranteed optimal freedom of movement, which makes it perfect for 'running' or 'jogging' in the aqua area. The material of the aqua belt is made of PE foam with plastic inserts, whereby the foam ensures a pleasant feel and the plastic inserts protect the foam from cracks. The swimming belt can be individually adjusted to your own body with its wide, adjustable strap with a length of 190 cm. The simple but secure snap closure is particularly practical.

TIP: When using it, you should make sure to pull in your stomach slightly when putting on the belt, as the material of the aqua jogging belt stretches in the water. At the same time, your body is compressed slightly by the water pressure. This turns what was initially a firm hold on land into a comfortable fit in the water. To get used to the buoyancy of the aqua jogging belt, you should first perform simple movements in shallow water. Alternately raising and lowering one leg, then bending both legs are ideal balance exercises to start with. If you still feel a little unsafe, you can hold on to the edge of the pool at the same time. After just a short time you can jog in the water.
