The swimming belt is the ideal swimming aid for allwater aerobics activities, aqua jogging and is used in a wide variety of Aqua Gym courses Application. This belt gives you a lot of buoyancy so that you can train particularly effectively due to the water resistance. The material of the aqua belt is made of soft PE foam with waffle embossing and plastic inserts, which overall ensures a pleasant feel. TIP: When using it, you should make sure to pull in your stomach slightly when putting on the belt, as the material of the aqua jogging belt stretches in the water. At the same time, your body is compressed slightly by the water pressure. This turns what was initially a firm hold on land into a comfortable fit in the water. To get used to the buoyancy of the aqua jogging belt, you should first perform simple movements in shallow water. Alternately lifting and lowering one leg, then bending both legs are ideal balance exercises to start with. If you still feel a little unsteady, you can hold on to the edge of the pool at the same time. After just a short time you can jog in the water.
