The Aqua-NordicJet is the optimal and innovative training device for Nordic walking in shallow and deep water. The device is designed so that the water flows through its hollow body. This ensures that your posture is stabilized and you can walk safely through the water. In addition, a pleasant water resistance is created. In this way, the movement sequences can be carried out smoothly and in a way that is gentle on the joints.
Through intensive push-pull-push, an optimal strength endurance training, as well as an improvement in mobility, Balance and coordination can be achieved. The two different sized cones, smaller at the front than at the back, are connected with a handle. There are nubs on the handle that ensure a pleasant hand massage during training. The Aqua NordicJet can be used for Aqua Nordic walking, aqua fitness, rehabilitation, senior sports and performance training. Thanks to the passive buoyancy, this aqua fitness device can be used in combination with other buoyancy devices.

Fast wie Stöcke beim Walken - werden auch nur zu diesem Zweck genutzt. Zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber durchaus zu empfehlen !
