Training with the aqua dumbbells means joint and ;ligament-friendly whole-body training with a focus on coordination, balance, strength endurance and mobility -Aqua dumbbells are an indispensable part of your aqua training equipment, they provide that extra kick of dynamism for your < strong>Cardiovascular endurance.
How it works:
In addition to the exercise-dependent water resistance, the aqua dumbbells offer material-related water buoyancy, against which the dumbbells dynamically have to be pushed or pulled into deeper water. The static resistance to the buoyancy also requires an expenditure of force. So it's not about weight lifting, as is usually the case with dumbbells, but about relieving pressure on joints and protecting ligaments with static or dynamic aqua fitness exercises against water resistance and water buoyancy.
Rule: The larger the dumbbell is (size S, M, L), the greater the resistance, the buoyancy and therefore your effort.

TIP: By combining it with an aqua jogging belt and/or aqua leg swimmers, you can further expand your aqua fitness training and keep fit in the water even more efficiently.
