OLIVER Neoprene barbell set Prime Pump 16 kg – Ideal for variable and varied training alone or in a group, for beginners or advanced users.
The OLIVER Prime Pump is a complete set, consisting of a bar, weight plates (28 mm bore) and spring clips. Thanks to the different weights, the barbell allows you to have a constructive whole-body workout. With exercises such as squats, lunges and deadlifts or bench press, you can target all muscle groups such as triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, legs and back. The simple, quick change of weights guarantees you a fluid workout.
The additional plus of the weight plates are the two symmetrical grips, which enable the weight plates to be used as individual weights with a secure grip option. Exercises such as lateral raises or arm curls - you are guaranteed to have the right weight unit for your training needs.
In order to incorporate even more variations into your training, in addition to the 'normal' free weight training, you can use other equipment such as a step, Combine elastic bands or the original Pezzi® PROmaxafe.

Die Langhantel liegt gut in der Hand, die Gewichte sind einfach zu wechseln und das Set ist ideal für Einsteiger wie Fortgeschrittene. Lieferung war super schnell und alle Teile waren sicher verpackt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
