With the Seti 'All-in-one' you have the three most popular or best-selling resistances (light, medium, strong) you are well equipped for your resistance training with the mini bands.

Information about the product:

The elaborately developed fitness loop OLIVER Tex-O Miniband guarantees extremely long-lasting elasticity thanks to the woven rubber. The processed textile fibers are particularly skin-friendly and glide gently over the skin during the workout. Pulling and tugging on the skin is a thing of the past.

As small as the mini band is, it is effective for an intensive whole body workout, a short warm-up training and for the targeted training of small muscle chains.

During development, particular emphasis was placed on the correct length of the band - the therapists and trainers opted for a longer version, as a good quality of movement is achieved with a length of approx. 38 - 40 cm. Choosing the right resistance is also crucial; it must always be appropriate for the exercise variant being performed and the respective fitness level.

Which resistance should I choose?

The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your own abilities and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. Therefore: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.

The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and build it up again - being aware of it ;about the choice of color or resistance of the Tex-Os.
