Tiguar dumbbells
Dumbbells are very good all-rounders; they can be used to strengthen the biceps and triceps muscles in particular. But they are also an ideal training companion for other areas of the body, such as the shoulders.
Tiguar Dumbbells are covered with vinyl, so they are comfortable to hold and the floor is protected should they fall down. They are also easy to clean.
The weight gradations are clearly marked in color.
