The magic word is “deep muscles”! In targeted exercises in which the Brasils® are "shaked" in small movement amplitudes, a reflex tension of the entire torso can be achieved through the filling of a metal granulate mixture and air.
Optimal movement feedback is achieved and through the ideal, handy size and the low weight (200 g) can also be trained in a way that is gentle on the joints. The delivery includes informative instructions with exercise examples.
Togu Brasil are small hand trainers with a mixture of air and metal granules. By moving your arms, you can feel the granules moving inside the dumbbell trainer. They are made of Ruton, are particularly high quality and odorless. Thanks to the ergonomic oval shape and low weight, the Togu Brasil are very comfortable to hold. This means they protect your wrists during exercises - ideal for healthy training. The sensory nubs also stimulate your perception and promote blood circulation.

Now also suitable for aquatics:< br />Brasils are waterproof up to a depth of approx. 2.50 m. After aqua training, please store them in a dry place and do not leave them in the water (in the water, for example, the chlorine could permanently attack the material).  ;The efficiency of the Brasils only changes slightly with increasing water depth in accordance with the increasing water pressure, as the volume of the Brasils inside hardly decreases.
The difference between application above water and under water is of course much more noticeable than the difference between application at a depth of 1m or 2m.
