The Pilates Redondo Ball is ideal for strengthening the spinal muscles and mobilizing the vertebral joints. Its super soft material makes it an ideal training partner for Pilates and yoga. Thanks to its non-slip surface and its low weight, it is the ideal exercise device for abdominal muscle training, deep relaxation and relaxation, or for massaging the neck area. With little air it can also be used as a support cushion.
