Exactly the right savings package for group training: The 10-pack Oliver Tex-O mini band - strong 15 kg will let your wallet and the course participants shine...
Product information about the individual band:
The elaborately developed fitness loop OLIVER Tex-O Miniband guarantees extremely long-lasting elasticity thanks to the woven rubber. The processed textile fibers are particularly skin-friendly and glide gently over the skin during the workout, making pulling and tugging on the skin a thing of the past.
As small as the mini band is, it is so effective It's for intensive whole body training, a short warm-up training and for the targeted training of small muscle chains.
The principle is as simple as with any other band: ever The more you stretch the band, the more demanding the execution is. You just have to pay attention to the choice of resistance.
Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your own abilities, except for: Furthermore, not every muscle in the body is equally strong. That's why: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not the band ;to 'tear up', but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and build it up again - while being aware of the choice of color or resistance of the Tex-O.
< strong>Our recommendation: Definitely have several resistances at the start, then you can train functionally and intelligently: This means that even the strongest can work with the lightest resistance. .
There are 4 resistors (color-coded) to choose from:
7kg - OLIVER Tex-O - light resistance - color: Magenta - for rehabilitation & Therapy, children and seniors, people with limited muscle strength
10kg - OLIVER Tex-O - medium resistance - Color: turquoise - the most commonly used resistance, almost always fits
15kg - OLIVER Tex-O - strong resistance - Color: Green - here you need a little more strength, for the ambitious athlete

Das Produkt ist für meine Sportgruppen genau das Richtige. Die Stärke reicht für ältere Menschen völlig aus. Das Material ist angenehm am Bein und schneidet nicht ein.
