During development, particular emphasis was placed on the correct length of the band - the therapists and trainers opted for a longer version, as a good quality of movement is achieved with a length of approx. 38 - 40 cm. Choosing the right resistance is also crucial; it must always be appropriate for the exercise variant being performed and the respective fitness level.
Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your own abilities and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. That's why: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and then do it again build up - be aware of the color or resistance choice of the Tex-O.

7kg - OLIVER Tex-O - light resistance - color: magenta - for rehabilitation & Therapy, children and seniors, people with limited muscle strength
10kg - OLIVER Tex-O - medium resistance - Color: turquoise - the most commonly used resistance, almost always fits
15kg - OLIVER Tex-O - strong resistance - Color: Lemon - here you need a little more strength, for the ambitious athlete
