Original Pezzi® exercise ball STANDARD
Pezzi balls are sitting balls for all applications in therapy, sports and gymnastics.
It offers a second possible use in the office - as a temporary replacement for r the office chair at the desk - or at home.
The exercise ball is very easy on your back because you can change your position slightly the entire time you are sitting on it.
However, you shouldn't spend the whole day on it, but only about 30 to 90 minutes with interruptions.
Because of its health-promoting properties, especially for the spine, it is recommended by doctors and health insurance companies.
"Original Pezzi gymnastics balls standard" are out durable and elastic plastic material. They are available in 4 different diameters and colors.

Der Ball hat die richtige Größe für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder zum darüber rollen um das Abstützen zu lernen, daran das Stehen zu üben usw. Auch später noch für Kleinkinder um darauf zu sitzen. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Sehr gute Qualität. Schnell aufgepumpt. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls riesig gefreut ... im Garten sind aber zuviele Dornen uns sonstige scharfe Ecken. Über eine Reparatur habe ich nicht viel erfahren können, aber bei dem Preis lohnt sich dann eher ein Neukauf.
