The Pilates Redondo Ball is ideal for strengthening the spinal muscles and mobilizing the vertebral joints. Its super soft material makes it an ideal training partner for Pilates and yoga. Thanks to its non-slip surface and its low weight, it is the ideal exercise device for abdominal muscle training, deep relaxation and relaxation, or for massaging the neck area. With little air it can also be used as a support cushion.
The robust but soft material is hygienically washable. Using an enclosed tube, the ball can be easily inflated individually. When the work is done, simply let the air out, fold the ball up and put it back in the sports bag... done.

Der Redondo-Ball lässt sich mit dem beigefügten Strohhalm ganz einfach aufblasen und hat dann eine gute Festigkeit, so dass man ihn aufspringen lassen kann. Trotzdem kann er bei gymnastischen Übungen noch nachgeben. Er fühlt sich weich und griffig an. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Es ist zwar einfach den Redondo Ball mit einem Stück Strohhalm aufzublasen und somit keine speziellen Hilfsmittel benötigt. Nachteil ist allerdings, dass wenn man den Strohhalm herauszieht, Luft entweicht bevor der Plastikstöpsel hereingedrückt werden kann.
