The Pilates Redondo Ball is ideal for strengthening the spinal muscles and mobilizing the vertebral joints. Its super soft material makes it an ideal training partner for Pilates and yoga. Thanks to its non-slip surface and its low weight, it is the ideal exercise device for abdominal muscle training, deep relaxation and relaxation, or for massaging the neck area. With little air it can also be used as a support cushion.

Lässt sich einfach mit dem Mund aufrüsten und mit dem Stöpsel regulieren, wie man es braucht. Die Oberfläche ist so, dass der Ball nicht wegrutschg.
