The Pilates Redondo Ball is ideal for strengthening the spinal muscles and mobilizing the vertebral joints. Its super soft material makes it an ideal training partner for Pilates and yoga. Thanks to its non-slip surface and its low weight, it is the ideal exercise device for abdominal muscle training, deep relaxation and relaxation, or for massaging the neck area. With little air it can also be used as a support cushion.
The durable material is hygienically washable and therefore particularly easy to care for. The ball can be easily inflated individually using a ball pump (not included). After training, you can simply deflate the ball again—this allows you to fold it up to save space and it disappears into your gym bag in no time.

Es ist zwar einfach den Redondo Ball mit einem Stück Strohhalm aufzublasen und somit keine speziellen Hilfsmittel benötigt. Nachteil ist allerdings, dass wenn man den Strohhalm herauszieht, Luft entweicht bevor der Plastikstöpsel hereingedrückt werden kann.
